Welcome to Myrix Platform.

By using the Myrix mobile application (“App”), you agree to these Terms.

Myrix is a platform that connects users with businesses and service providers.

Myrix does not directly sell products or services — it only facilitates discovery and communication.

You agree to provide accurate information.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
   
• All activity under your account
   

Businesses are responsible for:

• Accuracy of listings
   
• Services offered
   
• Compliance with UAE laws
   

Myrix does not guarantee business outcomes or performance.

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activity
   
• Post fraudulent or harmful content
   
• Attempt unauthorized access
   

Violation may lead to account suspension.

Myrix may offer paid subscription plans for businesses.

All purchases are handled through:

• Apple App Store In-App Purchases
   
• Google Play Billing
   

Refunds follow Apple/Google policies.

Myrix is not responsible for:

• Business disputes between users and providers
   
• Losses from third-party services
   
• Service interruptions beyond reasonable control
   

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may delete accounts anytime (see Account Deletion Policy).

These Terms are governed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
