ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY

Account Deletion Policy – Myrix

At Myrix, users have the right to request deletion of their account and personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Users may request account deletion by either:

1. In-App Deletion (Preferred)
Go to Settings → Delete Account inside the Myrix app.

2. Email Request
Send an email to: support@myrixplatform.com
Subject: “Account Deletion Request”
Include:
• Your registered email address or phone number
• Confirmation of your request

Deletion Timeline

We will process your deletion request within 7–30 days from the date received.

What Happens After Deletion

Upon successful deletion:
• Your personal profile and login access will be permanently removed.
• Business profile data associated with your account will be deleted.
• Active subscriptions will be cancelled; however, subscription charges already processed will not be refunded unless required by store policy.
• Certain records necessary for legal, tax, or compliance purposes (such as transaction records) may be retained as permitted by law.
• Public content such as reviews may be anonymized but preserved for integrity of the platform.

Once deletion is completed, accounts cannot be restored.
