Account Deletion Policy

Myrix users have the right to delete their account and associated data.

To delete your account, you can:

• Option 1 (Inside the App)

Go to:

Settings → Delete Account

(coming in final release)

Send an email to:

📩 support@myrixplatform.com
Subject: “Account Deletion Request”

Include:

• Your registered email or phone number
   
• Deletion confirmation
   

Requests are processed within:

✅ 7–30 days

Upon deletion:

• Profile data is erased
   
• Login access removed
   
• Personal identifiers deleted
   

Some records may be retained if required by UAE law.
